nTravel within Africa and international destinations may involve certain inherent risks including, but not limited to:
nClients participate in travel activities voluntarily and acknowledge responsibility for exercising reasonable judgment, personal care, and compliance with safety instructions throughout their journeys.
nRossman Africa Safaris shall not be held liable for injury, illness, loss, delays, inconvenience, emotional distress, or damages arising from circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.
nRossman Africa Safaris acts as a Destination Management Company (DMC) coordinating and facilitating travel-related services provided by independent third-party suppliers including but not limited to:
nWhile we endeavor to work with reputable and professionally managed suppliers, Rossman Africa Safaris does not own or directly control all third-party service providers involved in travel arrangements.

nTravelers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, valuables, travel documents, electronic devices, and luggage throughout their journeys.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rossman Africa Safaris, its directors, employees, representatives, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from travel arrangements, operational disruptions, or third-party service failures.
nOur total liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the amount directly paid to Rossman Africa Safaris for the affected service component giving rise to the claim.
nBy proceeding with travel arrangements facilitated through Rossman Africa Safaris, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer and voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with international and regional travel experiences.
